Yes, every therapist on our team is used to first-time guests. Mention it when you book and they will calibrate the pressure and pace to you. Traditional Thai is done fully clothed on a padded mat, so there is no awkward undressing for your first visit.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever a therapist is free, especially on weekday afternoons. Weekends fill quickly though, so we recommend booking online a few days ahead if you want a specific time or therapist.
We recommend skipping massage in the first trimester. From the second trimester onward, please call us before booking and we will guide you toward gentler oil work and skip certain stretches and pressure points. Mention pregnancy stage when you arrive.
Wear comfortable clothing for Traditional Thai, easy to slip out of for oil work. Avoid heavy meals an hour before. Arrive five minutes early so we can confirm pressure preferences and focus areas. We handle the rest.
